Fermentation in thermoregulated inox tanks. Aging 16 months in oak barrels, a third of which are young. Traditional fining with egg whites

Confit of wine



 Surprising, fine and exquisite, the wine confit of Château Haut Plantade goes well with a sweet or savory dish. It can be used as a traditional jam, on bread, brioche, or mainly in cooking to bind your sauces or accompany your desserts. The wine confit of Château Haut Plantade can replace the sugar on fruit tarts, and substitute for redcurrant or red berry jellies for game.

Ideal to accompany your festive dishes. Goes perfectly with duck breast and foie gras.

After opening, keep in a cool place and consume within 10 days.

 Ingredients : Pessac-Léognan AOC Château Haut Plantade wine including sulphites, sugars, apple juice, lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin.
